We are recognized as one of the top 3 Medicare Advantage shops locally, offering a menu of products and services from a variety of insurers including Aetna, Bravo and Carefirst.

All Assurant options are offered online including STM (Short-Term Medical), Student Select, as well as several PPO's featuring Right Start, and seamless HSA's. (Most products are in both Spanish and English) With as few as 17 health questions your client can be approved in 24-48 hours. Check the COB website for state availability.

Individuals and groups can access and enroll online in Dominion Dental's Plan 6000. Their triple option point-of-enrollment is now approved in for large associations, and dedicated sites are optional. Dominion's participating states include MD, DC,DE,PA and VA.

Denta-Chek of MD, a DHMO is also now available through our link and marketing information appears in Spanish as well. Providers are based in MD, DC and N. VA, with special rates available for large groups and associations.

International plans are insured through Multi-National for both temporary and permanent coverage and are available online in English and Spanish.

Finally, C.O.B. features and is recognized as the shop for the most quality driven Limited Health Benefit Plans, and feature their own private label SecureCare Plan which has no underwriting down to 2 lives, no participation requirements, voluntary and employer paid rates, Alliance as one of the networks, and all materials available in Spanish. More upgrades are to be added this spring, including copays for generic drugs.
